Excellent mechanical properties: Nano aluminum alloy die castings exhibit excellent mechanical properties. Its strength is generally 25-30% higher than traditional casting, but its elongation is reduced by about 70%. For example, after T6 heat treatment, the high vacuum die cast AlSi10MnMg alloy can achieve a tensile strength of 344MPa, a yield strength of 263MPa, and an elongation at break of 15.8%.

For example, the domestically produced JIII3 horizontal cold air die casting aluminum machine can die cast aluminum 600-700 times per eight hours on average, and the small hot chamber die casting aluminum machine can die cast aluminum 3000-7000 times per eight hours on average.
High cost-effectiveness: Due to the precise size and high surface finish of die-casting parts, additional mechanical processing is usually not required, which reduces costs and improves economic efficiency.
